WHAT WE OFFER

TECHNICAL, REGIONAL AND STRATEGIC STUDIES

HyEnergy has many years of experience in delivering studies focused on customer need. We have assessed markets for specific product introductions, hydrogen markets and general hydrogen activity. Examples range from hydrogen powered UAVs to comparing hydrogen distribution methods. We have a wide range of technical hydrogen expertise which enables us to properly assess information and provide a true assessment rather than a rose-tinted view.

FUNDED PROPOSAL PREPARATION

We work with you to understand your needs and then seek to identify the most suitable funding route available be that national, EU or another alternative. We develop your concept, and fit it into the funding requirements and add(ing) administrative and project management support as necessary. We produce the application, working with all identified partners. As recent examples, we have written the CEF funded TSO 2020 project and the FCH JU funded HEAVENN project. Both involve multiple partners with regional, national and EU public focus and funding.

Should it be desired, we have staff with significant project management experience, including Innovate UK, FP7 and Horizon 2020 collaborative funded projects. We have good relationships with project officers and regularly interact to ensure we have the correct focus for the projects we are active in. We can offer project coordination support and help with meeting financial reporting requirements.

Via our contacts and experience, we have close links with sector across the globe. These relationships are called upon and used regularly by the investment community. Our founder has raised money for hydrogen technology companies, and so understands the needs of investment houses to gain a broad market understanding of their client’s potential – expertise which is unlikely to be in-house. We agree your needs, investigate the scenario and report back within the time frame required for a fast-moving transaction.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

We have developed a number of websites for both companies and projects alike. These tend to be WordPress driven but we are open to any such development. We also offer an ongoing arrangement where we maintain these sites and can extend the offer to coordinate updates and social media output for the company concerned. We also have experience running social media campaigns and product/project launch events.

When a company becomes active in the hydrogen market, they tend to be innovation or technology driven. This means that, occasionally, they do not have sufficient resources available to ensure they are being most efficient and successful in how they are selling or marketing. We help bridge the gap, either for a short term, objective review, or a wholesale market study. Traditionally this leads to resources being deployed in a more focussed manner and internal processes being streamlined and targeted.
